How do I make the MFC ignore patch 000?

By default, Bank 1 Switch 1 selects patch 000. What's the best way to set the MFC so that Bank 1 Switch 1 selects patch 001 and continues from there?
 
Are you looking to change to offset so it's patches 1-384 rather than 0-383?

On MFC it's under EDIT->Setup and look for AxeFx and MFC DisplayOfst

If I recall on AxeFx the display offsets are under I/O->Midi
 
Well, I don't want to just change the display, meaning I don't want patch 000 to just display itself as patch 001. This is mostly because I keep a new patch template at 000. I'd basically like the first switch to actually select patch 001, the 2nd switch to actually select patch 002 and so on. Is there a simple way to offset what patch each button selects by 1?
 
On Axe-FX:

Press the I/O button
Page to the MIDI tab
Scroll down to MIDI PC Offset

Set it to 1.
