How do I get these Axe2 Tone Matches to work with Axe3

I tried fractool but the ToneMatch block is flat and does nothing.

I exported TM as an IR.

I loaded the patch using fractool
Selected TM block and exported to IR
Selected a cab block and used the IR
Sounds like nothing

I don't remember the exact steps but I pretty sure I did it in axe edit.

Seems to me you needed the AFX2 and save the tone match to IR from the front panel.
