Hotel California?

Anyone had a shot at this on the III?

I used the custom scales the other night but I thought the pitch shifter didn't sound as good as the two

I remember that was a patch someone made so might have something to do with it.....

I still think there has to be an easier way to automate some of it

I think Mark Day created a HC patch with all the key changes for the solo for the Axe II many years ago. Should still be on Axechange. If not, PM b/c I should have it archived.

I created the attached preset for Hotel Cal but it's not quite finished. I created the following scenes:
1. 12-string acoustic intro and middle break - I think this sounds pretty good
2. Plexi crunch tone for choruses and lead fills - basic tone but could use some tweaking
3. First verse dual harmony parts - sounds pretty close
4. Second verse quad harmony parts with delay - THIS ONE NEEDS WORK. IT IS NOT READY FOR GIG USE YET
5. Lead sound for outro solo with phaser and delay - Sounds pretty good but could use some teaking

I have not figured out how to create the quad harmony part for scene 4. It's tricky because it requires a custom scale and I can't quite figure out how to make it work. I's appreciate any thoughts and any help with the quad harmony scene.

absolute legend thanks for sharing! Here are some threads you might want to check out for ideas! They have the scales required (if you tune down 1/2 a step though you might have to modify them)

There was a really good patch floating around a few years ago too I think the thread might be gone now....if I find the patch I'll share

Thanks man! We do tune down 1/2 step so that makes it a bit more tricky.

By the way, I have to give credit to @Bakerman for scene 3 harmony part. I used his settings to get that to work. He also gave me info to do the quad harmony part but I'm still trying to figure it out.
