Unless someone from Fractal Audio Systems chimes in and gives you a concrete date, then the unofficial answer to any porting from the AFX III before the upcoming 1.07 release with more bug fixing remains to be "Soon".

Would love to have the horizon precision drive as well as the Fortin grind pedal added.

There is a Fortin grind in the amp
boost page , i think the actual pedal only has a few controls
the grinder basically cuts some lows and boosts mids

I think the grind is literally just an EQ curve and a level knob, which is why it was only implemented as a Boost. There's no drive knob to turn up so there's no sense in it bring a Drive block
