Help with Looper

Can anyone tell me how to extend the amount of time the MFC gives you to loop a chord progression/bass line etc.? The factory setting only lets you record around a 3 second loop.

The mfc has nothing to do with the length of the loop. the axe fx has a very short loop.

the settings are located in the Looper block on the Axe-Fx. the MFC does not store data or do the looping, it's just a controller with buttons to press.

the smallest amount of time the Axe Looper does is 15 seconds, so i'm not sure why you're only getting 3 seconds. check all the settings in the Looper block on the Axe.

i assume you're using an Axe-Fx II?

Quantize & "record beats" parameters can limit loop length. Set "record beats" to 0 and/or disable quantize if you want to determine loop length yourself and end recording manually.
