Help with Latching Control Switch for Amp Boost Across Scenes

Looking for some help here. I use Control Switch 1 for my amps' boost. Amps are set to scene ignore on all channels.

I'd like to be able to stomp my amp boost at any time and keep its ON/OFF state across the scenes of my preset without it turning off when switching scenes. Perhaps I'm missing something simple, but I believe it used to behave this way (truly latching) in the II and previously in the III. TIA.

If I remember it correct, this can be done at the scene controllers page. It is the way I have set it up (still not shure I really like it but too lazy to change it )

Hrm, looked around in there and don't see the option. I don't want CS1 to automatically come on based on a scene I go to. I want to be able to tap my CS1/pedal to turn my boost on if I feel that I need it for a particular song while I'm switching scenes. I don't want it to turn off within the preset unless I press CS1/pedal again.
