Help!! Unit not in good place after new FW 13.01 update- no sound and werid behavior.

I am longtime Axe FX user of every model so not a newbie.
I update my FW to 13.01 and all looked OK as usual. Have done a hundred FW updates.

Updated Axe Edit and the front panel on the unit went garbled. Bunch of jagged lines and no text.
Rebooted unit.

Then no sound after AXE Edit read all of the new settings.

Checked all cables, etc.
Then reinstalled FW.
Still no sound.

When I go to open any preset it automatically goes to SCENE 8 for some odd reason.
I switch to SCENE 1- still no sound.
None of the meters move when I play.
It's a unit issue.

What should my next step be here??

Is this all with the computer connected & Axe Edit running? If so, I would disconnect the computer, reboot the Axe & see if that clears it up.

Yes, when computer connected.
Will work on this some more when I get back home tonight. Thanks guys.

Got it back to life after a few recovery FW installs. Thanks!
