It’s the panning effect of the delay repeats that I find hard to recreate

Looking at it, it is a ping-pong delay with a ratio of 0.69. So, try this:

Delay : Ping-Pong
Feedback : 40%
Time: 315mS
L/R Time Ratio: 0.69

I got the ratio by expanding the advanced controls at the bottom.

First Delay block that has [1.69(1/8 bpm or 316 ms in this case )]in miliseconds

40.7% Feedback
Panned Center
Mix to taste

Second Delay block has stereo delay

time 1/8 bpm
Ratio 69%

Finally
