Help , no axe input device in logic !

A friend of mine installed the new usb drivers
before he knew that it wouldn't work with os x 10.6.8.
He followed some instructions from this forum
how to install the old driver again. It works for the audio out
but not for the audio inputs.
There is actually no "axe fx audio input" option availible in logics audio
preferences.

Does anybody know how to solve this ?
 
Try posting afternoon or evening, US time, on a weekday. A lot more people will see your post. When I post at the times you did: 2:30 AM central time, or 8:00 Central on a Sunday morning, my post can drop off the "new post" section before it's seen by someone who can help.

Sorry I can't help. I don't have Logic or a Mac.
