Hi folks.
I've always been obsessed with F16 fighter jets,... yeah I know lol. I love how they sound as they jet past at air shows and to me it's a distorted sound. I can hear that friction in the air and sounds so powerful! Sorta like the distorted sound caused by the friction of a violin bow, again a super powerful sound. So before I sound like a total maniac I'm hoping someone can imagine this distorted, crunchy, popping flange sound I'm hearing in my head. I had some ok luck using a drive block before flanger so the drive pushes the flanger and gives it that nasty powerful jet sound when ringing out some power chords.
Any ideas on how to get a nasty killer flange sound are greatly appreciated.
