Headphone Adaptor Snapped Off!

It's a screw-in locking adaptor for my KRK cans.
The tip is still stuck inside, I think, because I was only able to pull out the rest of it.
I've never done this before...

happened to me just 2 months ago too lol. basically take the top cover off the axe, and it's easily accessed

I had this problem a few months ago, and @mr_fender provided some helpful instructions on how to remove the broken part.

I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet (since it's not urgent because this was on one of the rear outputs), but it seems like a straightforward process.

Absolutely; I should have emphasized that in my post. I agree that this is surely a case of cheapskates like me using the cheapest adapters possible, and the Axe-Fx actually having solid, robust jacks that properly grip the plugs that are inserted.
