HAVING LOTS OF LATENCY USING MY AXE FX 2 WITH GUITAR MIDI

Hi Guys how are you? I am new to the forum. I need your help I am having latency issues with my Axe Fx 2 tracking guitar midi. I use my axe as an interface, I set it up on my daw to 128 buffer size and usb lower latency but jam origin receives the information as 512 so I am having lots of latency making it impossible to track realtime with midi guitar. Can you help me with this? would be very grateful! thank you so much!

Do you have latency issues when you play the "Test Piano" patch included on Jam Origin?

Hi Piing yes i get latency all the time. in fact the software says i am running 512 buffer size when i have lowered it from the main control panel of the axe fx from safe to low latency and 128. its strange.
