I do not know for sure how to start but he uses:
Mascis’ four-amp setup includes
two late-’60s Marshall Super Bass full-stacks,
a vintage Hiwatt DR-103 head driving two Marshall 4x12s,
Victoria 80212 tweed Twin clone.

I would suspect the Marshall Super Bass full stacks are a good starting point? But I do not think these are available in the fractal?

I think if I could get the amp/cab going I could probably sort the effects
