Man, today's selection was totally glorious. Kimchi, sprouted pumpkin seeds, microgreens, the works. And EXTRA spicy because it's tree pollen season here.

Dude. I do the exact same thing. After suffering from seasonal allergies my entire life, I decided that I don’t want to take meds for them anymore and now just enjoy my favorite spicy foods while being able to breathe.

Indian has become one of my favorite ethnic foods.

...and now I get what is meant by "And EXTRA spicy because it's tree pollen season here." Using the spicy food to unclog things. First read (before coffee) had me scratching my head about tree pollen being used as a spice.... LOL!
