Handle slightly loose on AX8 - easy fix?

Apparently, there's an outbreak of this. Word is to contact support and they'll walk you through it or offer to have you send it in.

Just had the same issue. I got these instructions:
Before you attempt this procedure insure the unit is disconnected from all electrical power.

1) Remove both the side panels (5 Philips screws).

2) Remove the 3 feet from the front on the unit.

3) Remove the 4 Philips screws from the back of unit.

The top half of the unit can now be lifted straight up. Take care as you are lifting the top away from the bottom half of the unit as there are 2 grey ribbon cables that you will need to disconnect. You can now turn the top half over and tighten the 2 Philips screws that attach the handle to the chassis. To reassemble, simply reverse the procedures and you will be good to go.

The way Fractal builds their stuff, I'd say no worries. I haven't taken my AX8 apart (it's quite new) but have taken my MFC and Axe-Fx apart. Nothing tough about it and you never get the idea that something is going to break off or that you sure wish you had sent it in. BTW, I'm far from electronics savvy.
