H9 midi question

I have FM3 and have been trying to incorporate a H9. I have been using a midi block to change presets on the H9. I have found that the H9 changes presets even though the preset on the FM3 doesn't have a midi block. has anybody else had any funky glitches with the H9 or the Midi block? I'm using the new beta firmware now But it did it before too.Thanks
 
I don't think that's a "funky glitch".

The FM3 sends preset changes over midi on it's channel (I believe). If your H9 is listening on the same channel (or Omni) it will process them.

Put the H9 on a midi channel other than the one the FM3 is using.
 
You can also disable this behavior from the FM3. Look for...

SETUP>MIDI I/O>General>PC Configuration:Send MIDI PC

...and turn it to OFF.
