Check out this thread: https://forum.fractalaudio.com/threads/saigon-kick-afraid-step-filter-effect.153593/I’d like some of those patches, especially the one with the pattern sequence one.

I'm going to hope the writer was looking for the word "thus".No article about Guthrie and the FM9 should have ever included the word "alas."
.... Very refreshing to hear a consummate professional be cool with using whatever works for a given situation. ...
Is this for the sequencer effect around 30:30?
right behind you!So I've got one of Guthrie's signature Charvels and an FM9 - now all I have to do is learn to play!
Zappa Flange effect: see the DynamoFlanger preset. Is this for the sequencer effect around 30:30?
also curious about that Zappa flange effect he gets @32:00?
is the synth sound he gets @29:30 just a straight synth with some whammy? His sounds awesome and better than what I can ever get lol
YeaIs this for the sequencer effect around 30:30?
30:30 and the patch he used after that to play the Star Trek theme riff. Wow.
I went to a large music store before the gig in Toronto and tried a bunch of high end guitars. I live rurally so haven’t been to a well stocked store in a long time and really wanted to check a few top shelf goods. One of the bunch I tried was his USA Charvel and it was disappointing. The set up on most of their high end, $4k+ guitars including Suhr’s, Tom Anderson’s, Fender Custom Shop, PRS, Friedman etc. were appalling, and I mean embarrassingly so. Actions were so inconsistent across them all it was hard to tell which came from the factory in that way (and if so, should fire the QC staff) and which ones had been “set up” by the store (who should be shown how to set up a guitar).Watching this is rekindling my GAS for his latest Charvel. I love that he did the intro theme to Star Trek. He is wonderfully weird
Sounds like a bum shop. I've played many Suhr, Tom Anderson, and Charvel that played amazing.I went to a large music store before the gig in Toronto and tried a bunch of high end guitars. The Charvel GG wasn’t the worst of them but definitely underwhelmed in the state it was, I’d really like to try one properly set because the tones were good. Interestingly the best of the few I tried were a Phil Collen USA Jackson and a John Suhr Signature, the worst were a Suhr Classic S and a Tom Anderson Drop Top.
My buddy also paid $50 for a replacement Ibanez trem bar, $50!!!!!
Anyway, tangent aside, awesome gig!
Definitely and they're supposedly Canadas number #1 award wining storeSounds like a bum shop. I've played many Suhr, Tom Anderson, and Charvel that played amazing.
