Wish Guitar modeling like Sim1 pedal

There is a guitar pedal made by Sim1 called the XT-1. This pedal is able to profile guitars and then reproduce the character of the guitar with regular input from any guitar. The manufacturer is based in Italy so there is limited availability in the US. I am not sure how different this is from using an AX3 to create an IR. It would be very cool to include this functionality in the AX3.

Here's a link to a YouTube demo of the technology:

Bias Fx 2 has a similar tech they call 'Guitar Match' - I tried it and find it's hit & miss... but I'm sure Cliff & Cie could find a way to implement it that would be great!!

I am wondering if you've missed this post:

I have managed to do exactly the same as the SIM1 XT-1 with the Axe-FX

The only advantage of the XT-1 is that they already have a collection of guitar profiles (not for free), while only me has shared guitar profiles for the Axe-FX III following the XT-1 methodology so far. It would be great if we all started sharing profiles of our guitars. It is free and fun!
