Would it be possible to have this particular effect on the AxeFX?

Octave down with an envelope filter and some over drive on it?

    Here's no octave down:

Just put a pitch block in front of it. See scene 4 in http://axechange.fractalaudio.com/detail.php?preset=4465 -- that's a nice octave down mix and then engage the Filter 2 block to get the mu-tron envelope. Turn the mix on the Pitch 2 block to 100% to get 100% octave down.

Interesting, according to this Line6 website it's a synth + moving filter -- did you try a synth block in front of the filter? I had suggested an octave down, but that won't be the same as a synth block. That video clip is mostly useless for understanding the effect, I'm afraid. But does this sound closer?

That's the filter block with a synth block in front of it.

The synth block will need to be tuned to your liking, of course. No idea what the synth settings were in the Line6 effect. Here's the synth block I was using in that clip.

No problem. Try the Formant block after the synth too if you want more vocal-ness to the filter. And maybe a little tape drive if you want to get dirty. World's your oyster with the Axe-Fx!
