Now I feel stupid.Did you check the return block's level parameters?
Good idea. Learn something new everyday! You know, you can scroll over to the meters page on the unit and see, where the sound stops
The Meters page is the best debugging tool ever. Finding out where your signal is dying is a two-second exercise. You know, you can scroll over to the meters page on the unit and see, where the sound stops
I’m just going to speak for my case but the Axe-Fx III had an update to the Gate block so I added it to my presets.I know there is a reason for this....I just don’t know the answer.....
Why is a noise gate utilized, positioned, after the Amp in many presets I see.
There is a NG built into the Input block ....that I use, cause I down know any better
thx
No, the Axe Fx III has a Gate in the input block as well. And it actually just got an update in a beta release. So it’s recently had an update to the Gate block and the Gate in the Input block. Hopefully they both make it over to the FM3.Ahhh, gotcha. Hope to see that new NG goodness soon for FM3.
So for AXEFX3 , you had to add a block? .....not built into the I/P block ? That will suck for FM3.....resources.
Have fun with the FM3 man, it’s fun.
