We need away to adjust levels across multiple presets. If global blocks are not going to be implemented, then global scene level offsets (for each scene) similar to the global delay level would be a way to achieve this. Scene 8 is always my lead scene. If I need to turn my leads up or down during a sound check, or during a show even, this would enable me to do this without editing twenty or more presets. I know a global volume pedal could do similar, but some of us don't use this. I need to stomp in and out of leads quickly and stomping a scene, then grabbing a pedal is not ideal.
