I use two Layouts, the Main Rig is for everything I would use during a performance and the Auxillary is more set and forget for specific changes. The Synth preset is assigned to a switch so that's kind of a special effect for certain vibes... The Strat preset has definitely changed since that video. I don't know if the scene controllers (SC) and control switches (CS) are attached but I use SC for the gain in the amp and CS for Bias Tremelo and the output EQ in the amp for a boost.
