FX8 Relays for Bogner Blue pedal?

Would like to assign a footswitch to on one to boost and one to off using the relays.

Bogner manual utilizes a trs remote jack. I’m fairly sure FX8 can do it But don’t want to fry some equipment.

Is this one of the purposes of the relays?

a have not connected an fx8 to a bogner but Yes, the relays are for switching amp channels and such.

The relays are isolated. All they do is close a contact between any combination of TRS. You can't fry anything.

When I had the FX8 I used it to control a Bogner ecstasy red and a Bogner ecstasy blue, the relays work but if you want to store their on/off status is a bit tricky depending on what you want in each scene.

The remote jack on the Bogner Blue appears to take basic dry contact closure. If it does, then the FX-8’s relays will work fine.
