FX8 Not Working

Been using the FX8 in 4CM on my Victory VX100 for two weeks now. I have it hooked up to my relays on my amp which has been awesome because I can program my presets and my channel switching very easily. I've been using the FX8 edit software... Its been a lot of learning.. A lot of time going back and forth, using bypass mode to get levels right.

Today, while editing a clean preset, and looking at noise gate parameters the FX8 just shut off. I restarted it and went back to editing.. As soon as I edited FX8 shut off. Turned off and turned on and this time now no sound...

Bypass works and the amp is fine but FX8 does not work. I change my relay cords via back of the amp to change how the FX8 interacts with these settings but all of the cords are in the same position as original when working.

Does heat have anything to do with the FX8 not working? Am I missing something?

heat shouldn't be an issue in normal conditions. FX8-Edit shouldn't cause it to shut off either - it's just editing parameters.

i'd just contact support as they would know best.

that happened to me when i hit the edit button and i had to turn it off then back on,it did that a couple times,hasnt done it in a couple days
