FX8 Looper - Dub Switch Does Not Light Up - Please Help

I have searched long and hard to find a video that displays the FX8 while someone is looping and hitting the "DUB" switch. Currently, my "DUB" switch does not light up when clicked. It works properly, overdubbing, but does not light up. I don't know if it's supposed to light up or not as I can't find an example of someone using it. Is it supposed to light up upon pressing it? I would think it should as all the other switches for the Looper light up when pressed. Thank you so much for your help!

on my fx8 the dub switch doesn't light up either.

Good to know Jezzbro, thanks for the reply! Seems like it should be designed to light up when it is engaged. Strange that they did not design it that way?

maybe a software bug, I don't know.
