FX8 firmware upgrade and footswitch upside down

I have FX8 multi-effects pedalboard and the firmware was display as FX8 Mark II – Multi-FX Pedalboard. The footswitch also upside down like 1 for 5, 2 for 6 and so on. it's that normal or something wrong with my FX8? Can i flash back FX8 Multi-FX Pedalboard firmware? When add my own presets from FX8-Edit, it's not display on the pedalboard. any ideas please. sorry for my poor english. Thank you all.

The FX8 in the photo in your post is an original (MK I). The MK II has the footswitches reversed which is why updating your MK I with MK II firmware has reversed the switches. The differences between the MK I and MK II are the footswitch order reversed, lower noise floor, black bezel around the screen/controls. Software/firmware and effects remained the same.

As far as the pedalboard not showing loading presets; unless the footswitches have had effects assigned to them, they will remain blank.
