This is not a question, hopefully helpful to new users like myself.
I spent a lot of time trying to get the 4CM routing to to work through the effects loop.
I did not get any signal on the Boogie and spent mucho time trying to figure out if my amp was screwed or my new FX8 was not working properly.
Of course it was neither of them.
Make sure you do not have your channel select dial on the back of the Boogie set to foot switch.
The loop is closed, therefore no signal is sent to the FX8 and of course no return signal.
I set the channel selector on the back of the amp to channel one and all was good.
Amp switching and loop all worked like a charm.
