FX LOOP Block Question

I have an FX Loop block in series from my reverb to the output.

My output 1 level is about twice the volume of my output 2 level so is this because the level on the FX Loop block is not high enough (0db) or because it is in series connected to the output and not in parallel with the reberb block and not connected to the output?

Sorted it - used the tutorial by Chris and have removed the fx loop block in favour of copying output 1 to output 2.

My FR FR choice so far is a good one !
