I've done the quickest clip: random first take riff, doubled it (sadly non perfectly) and uploaded to soundcloud.

Not a metal player here (to be fair not since I was 16) and "that's not quite my tempo" but I gave it a shot.

Thank you guys.

I feel like that with the late firmwares you could get easily any good/great tone with almost no tweaking.
You just need to know what kind of sound you want.

That being said, with great guitar tones so easily reachable, I think the player is now who defines the most if the sound is good or not.
