FW14 changed my MFC presets?

It seems that after installing FW14 today, my song bank presents are all messed up. Patches I never use are in slots previously occupied by my old friends. Should this be?
 
On AxeFX did you accidentally turn on or adjust io->midi->display offset or io->midi->midi pc offset.... also check io->midi->custom mapping.

On the MFC the offsets you want to check are MFC Display Offset and AxeFX Display Offset

Weird, that's the what I assumed. I usually keep my offsets at 1 and changing it does not make any difference. My MFC patch buttons are dialing up patches I have certainly never programed. I don't even know what custom mapping is. What am I looking for there?
