Front Panel Buttons Stop Working Intermittently

...and I've found that if I reseat the cable shown in the attached picture (I drew a red arrow on the photo pointing at the cable), sometimes the buttons will work again, but usually they won't. Buttons affected are the down and edit buttons, among others. Does anyone know if replacing the cable might fix this and if so, where I can get Axe.jpgone? I don't even know what that type of cable is called. This is an Axe-Fx Standard.

It's called a ribbon cable. Not very likely it is the source of the problem.

Contact Fractal support... They might have a solution.
