FRFR and cab question about I/o setting

So I have my ultra running l+r out of output1 to FOH wth cab sims. Then a fxl block to send l+r out to carvin power amp into my 212 stereo cab. so I have out 1 running left and right into board or powered monitors and out 2 running left right into power amp then left and right into stereo cab.
My question is I don't really use stereo fx. So how would I set my I/o settings. Stereo or l+r sum?? And my output setting in global. I wanna avoid and accidental phase issues.
Pic below is my stage setup. With out 1 going to FOH or pwr mon.

L/R sum will get you there without any issues. I also used to cary a Mic combiner so I didn't have to change the settings every time I ran into a mono mix. It's basically the same thing but done externally.

Thanks so set input to L+R sum. And what about the output leave it stereo

Set input to left if you're only using the front or rear left input. Output mode = stereo is fine.

Lol. So L+R or left. I'm getting confused.

For input mode, "left" if you're only using the front input or rear In 1L. The other modes are only needed for getting In 1R signal to the grid, summed w/ L or as a separate R channel.
