Free-Way Switch?

I wanted more flexibility with my SE Hollowbody Piezo, but didn't want to drill any holes. I came across this switch today. Anyone use these for any style of guitar? After seeing the different types they have, I was wondering if I could use the blade version with my Fishman Fluence Strat pickups too.

I just put a Freeway 3-way switch in my EVH Wolfgang to get 6 positions - 3 HB, 3 split coils. So far I love it - give you a lot of flexibility, no new switches needed. Their tech support is excellent also.

Search the site, same TGP too, I think you'll find lots of positive reviews. It's on my bucket list.

They are great. I've got the six-way and the 10-way switches too and they work extremely well, though I had one go bad... probably user error when I used too much heat while soldering.

How easy is it to use the 6 positions while playing live? I'm sure it takes getting use to but is it easy to knock it out of position?

It's fairly sturdy but like anything it could surely be knocked out of position if you hit it hard enough. But if it does, you're just in another pickup position, it's not the end of the world. It's more to think about, so you have to decide if you're able to complicate your setup for some additional flexibility. I like the range of tones it opens up, so it's worth it for me.
