I tried it and found it very brittle sounding, and bright......moved along.....waiting on the Cygnus now
If you swap a FF IR into a slot where you've had a 'conventional' IR it usually won't sound great. Better to dial the preset in from scratch for the FF IR.

They can do both. Try it out, sometimes I'll use just far-field, sometimes I'll just use near-field, sometimes I'll mix them. It's a different sound.
