fractool conversion issue (II to III)

it's probably an easy fix; everything is loading up fine, but the preset itself doesn't work. I just get a clean DI signal.

I can provide the preset if that'd help too.

Did you have a tonematch block in it? If yes maybe try without it.
Does the preset have the “in” and “out” blocks?

when it comes up in axe edit it does, and there's also a "in USB". but in the separate fractool window it doesn't

I'd suggest you post a screenshot of the preset and also attach it here.

Check your Cab block... Maybe you have no IR selected?

Also, on the front panel you can go into the grid and change to the Meters view. You should be able to see where the signal is stopping.

One last note - I would say expect to require starting over on your Amp and Drive blocks. There have been significant improvements in both since FW Q8/9 that it appears your preset is from.
