Fractal Bot error

Hi! Every time I trying to backup the banks after some time I have a "message timeout", and after that sometimes the Axe frozing. Only switching off helps.
Axe FX II XL 9.04
Fractal-Bot 2.9.0
Mac OS 10.11.6

Help!
Update. I have 3 Axe FX II - Mark1, XL and XL+ and 3 different Macs. Of a cause Usb cables too. Today I made a test and discovered that EVERY AXE have backup problems, no matter which Mac to. I suppose it's general problem of the Fractal Bot.

I'm pretty sure a corrupt preset can cause this, but I haven't personally experienced this in awhile. I would just back-up each of the options one-by-one until you find the offending bank. Once you find the bank, scroll through all the presets and see if it hangs on a specific one. If it does, just write-over that preset with something else.
