fractal bot broken

My fractal bot opens but is greyed out. . Any help appreciated. fx8edit opens and works like normal. I've done these steps and nothing works:

1. turned off anti virus
2. downloaded fb with firefox
3.tried several usb ports
4. uninstalled and reinstalled
5. redownloaded driver and got error 105

Have you turned the FX8 off then on?

Yes I turned it on and off and when I downloaded the driver I got error 105

Ok, I see part of what I did, I didn't see that the driver is for the axe. When I open fb the fx8 has a green mark next to the fx8 drop down menu. But the other 2 drop menus do not.
