Fractal Bot 2.10/FX8 times out

I know other FX8 users that have this - FBot 2.10 still times out on any other 'recieve' than an individual preset. Running FX8 2 (5.04)/OSX Sierra on one computer, OSX High Sierra on a laptop. Have bypassed any USB hubs etc. Help!!

This was a known issue with FX8 firmware version 5.04
We've kept 5.03 available while we attend to other priorities with appreciation of your patience.

Trying to backup my AX8 with Fractal Bot 2.10 - the same mistake - it always times out on the long run.
Think, I'll try to find the 2.9 distributive for now

What platform/OS are you using? I had an issue bumpin' my AX8 up to Quantum 10.0., Fractal-Bot 2.10 wouldn't download with Mac OS High Sierra (on my MacBook Pro). I have Mac OS Sierra on the mac in my rec. studio, the update went perfectly with Sierra.
