I copied the same amp settings from the start of the third you tube video. That paired with the factory ML TV cab is great for me.

Not sure about the comment in the engl manual saying to use bass sparingly. Its up at nearly 9 and doesnt sound muddy. Guess it depends on cab choice a bit.

The engl Savage is my absolute dream amp and I use the engl Savage amp block in my axe fx 2 for my metal tone... It's super punchy with my 8 string. I use bk Ragnaroks and it's perfect.
