FR: Always on top option for Axe Edit

@Michael Pickens I'd love to see an "Always on Top" option in Axe-Edit so when I'm editing in my DAW, I don't have to keep Alt/Command-Tabbing between the programs. Is this possible?

If you're on Mac, it's against the Apple HIG and might not be possible in the framework used for Axe-Edit.

There's a cumbersome workaround that supposedly works for any app (this is not an endorsement or guarantee that it works): https://www.maketecheasier.com/mac-keeping-your-application-window-always-on-top/

For Windows, someone will need to chime in. For Linux, that's usually a feature built in to the window manager.

I'm on Windows, but I've had Mac apps stay Always on Top - e.g., the UAD meter.

AFAIK, it's indeed against Apple's guidelines. As usual only Apple itself can break the rules. There are 3rd party utilities with workarounds.

I'm pretty sure UAD's meter has an always on top function on Mac. Regardless, I'm on Windows so my interest is for the function to built into the Windows version of Axe Edit.
