FM9 uses

Although I almost use an AF3 exclusively for everything now, I still enjoy playing through my Mesa TC100. I had an elaborate pedal board setup for this, with an RJM PBC and a number of pedals as well including the Strymon Timeline and BigSky. But I want to simplify my world, I don’t have the time to constantly reprogram my PBC and pedals. So I’ve started selling off my pedal board now.

The way I see it, I can just use the FM9 with 4CM for effects with my TC100 when I want to use my tube amp. And I can also run the FM9 on it’s own as well as it will handle everything including the dual amp tones which I’ve become very accustomed to with the AF3. From what I can see the FM9 will provide the best of both worlds, depending on what I’m doing. I find this prospect very exciting. The flexibility and versatility are so appealing. Great job with this new release Fractal!

The FM9 is going to be a top seller. It seems to be a very good balance of power, flexibility, form factor, and price point.
