That's a Goshawk, made by Rick Toone - one of the more amazing luthiers out there.

I looked up his website. He makes some really unique designs but wow, they are not inexpensive!

That is correct. I'd love a Goshawk, but it was $5,200 a couple years ago, and is way more expensive now. I'm completely priced out - and I think that's his least expensive model.
