Not a Bug FM3 USB powering issue

Posting this again as I was informed this was a FW issue by support. I just updated to the 1.05 FW and my FM3 is still having the same issue. Unit will not power up with USB plugged in...lights stay on. I have to take out the USB cable...power the unit up...then plug the cable in for it to work. Seems to allow power through the USB in order to power lights. Thoughts?

I sent a reply back to them from the previous email. Waiting for a response. I'm assuming since this says 'not a bug' now...am I to assume this is hardware issues instead of FW issues?

That's my assessment at midnight. Going thru the support process will verify this and get you squared away.

Just following for anyone having this issue. Support informed me to just wait to plug in the USB cable until after the unit is powered...and then remove the USB plug before powering down as a work around for now.
