Hi guys,
I hope you are all well. I was just wondering what you all prefer in a live situation. Do you have your FM3 mounted on a separate board away from the front of the stage? Or do you have it mounted on the same board as your FC6, FC12 or other midi controller? Any reason why you prefer one over the other?
I originally had mine on a separate board as I was using my FC6 board with my Axe as well. Everything was pretty much the same between the FM3 and the Axe with foot-switches etc. I didn't have to do too much thinking when using either which suits me lol.
I then decided to mount the FM3 and a spare FC6 to one board for ease of use when gigging and rehearsing etc. Now that I'm back gigging again it's got me thinking that it's probably gonna be better to put the FM3 on a separate board again, away from the drunken crowd at the front. And we all know they love to spill beer over our nice expensive gear!
Anyway I was just interested to see what you all prefer.
