Not a Bug FM3 not recognised by FM3 edit etc

Yesterday I started the FM3 and tried to connect with FM3 edit.
Nothing happened
My FM3 functions normally but is not recognised
I did everything I'd read in fora, but no connection could be made
Alle usb ports, no difference
New USB cable, nothing there
Installed new editor, nothing there
Installed new usb drivers, nothing there
Today I installed fractal bot to recover the firmware
Fractal Bot does not detect the device

This is mij 2d device [june 21], the first one did not start up after a couple of days
G66 sent me a brand new one and it functions wit the new software
But now I cannot reach the device

Think the USB port in the FM3 is defect

In this short time, from june [got it in june] till yesterday 2 defect FM3 units, this is not normal in my opinion
Another isue is freezing, this happens 2-3 a week

To be honest I'm beginning to doubt about the quality of the hardware of the FM3 and the reliability


But I need a solution from G66 now, to repair or replace this unit again
Just sent them an email
And if this is happened, waiting for the next defect ????????

Yep, the nice people working for G66 responded quick.
Looks like there is something wrong with the usb port. I will get another FM3 this week and sent the defect one back
