FM3 Live setup with in ears

Tip : put one or two mics in the room to pick up the audience and feed to IEMs.
Sound isolating IEMs block out the crowd.
Tip2: set your IEM level with one ear out. I try to balance to on the room level with what is in my ear. Otherwise, you are likely listening too loud.

Be careful using one ear out. This interrupts your body's ability to protect your ears and can very likely lead to hearing damage if you are in a loud environment (loud stage/drummer/etc)

I see the recommendation above is to set your monitor level this way....but just in case you are tempted to leave it out, keep this in mind. I see alot of people doing it (likely because they see others doing it....) and it can be a quick path to hearing damage.....sermon finished....
