I bought my fractal fm3 a couple of days ago, today it presents this problem when I turn it on, what could I do?

There have been some issues with the ribbon cable for the display coming loose in shipment, but I would want to get Fractals blessing before opening up a brand new unit so as to avoid any kind of warranty issue. You might also try the emergency safe boot factory reset procedure and if that gets you past the boot screen you could reload the latest firmware. Hope you can get it going. If not, I am sure Fractal will take care of you the first thing Monday morning. Good luck!
