Current FM3 Firmware Version: 3.02

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

• Mac version requires OS version 10.7 or newer
• Windows version requires Windows 7 or newer
• Minimum firmware version 1.00

NEW IN THIS VERSION

PLEASE NOTE:

Starting with firmware 2.00, FM3-Edit 1.02.00 (or greater) is required to communicate with the FM3.
Previous versions of FM3-Edit (versions 1.01.10 or less) will not work with firmware 2.00 or greater.
FM3-Edit 1.02.00 (or greater) will continue to work with all previous firmware versions.

* Corrected the Manage-Presets "FC Banks" button – it now correctly shows the presets in virtual banks.

* Added an "All Blocks" sub-menu to each of the Scene context menus (the small arrow to the right of the scene number button) in the Scene Mgr view. This menu will set the channel or the bypass state of every block in the scene.

* In the FC Controllers LAYOUT, changed the menu item wording from "Reset Layout" and "Reset All Layouts" to "Clear Layout" and "Clear All Layouts" to denote that this clears (erases) the defined switches and does not reset the layout(s) to factory defaults.

* Support for firmware 3.03 public beta
o Updated the CAB layout.
o Updated DRIVE layout.
o Updated FC Controllers view's Bank category with "Bank Access"

* Corrected the updating of the Global Mix control as found on the Flanger, Phaser, Pitch, Reverb, etc.

* Corrected the REVERB block "Late Input Mix" parameter to display when Quality is set to Ultra-High.

* Corrected the updating of the commands for the selected Control Switch in the FC Controllers : CS Midi dialog.

Downloaded the Beta and updated Editor! Did the update but, I don't see the new drives or new Cab layout???
FM3 Updated fine and I rebooted it when told. Shows new firmware number but, no change????

im having a usb flickering with the new editor i have the usb drivers and the firmware 3.01 ?

Hello... I don't remember seeing this on the previous version but every time I reconnect the FM3 to my MacBook with the latest editor it seems to re-download or sync all the settings even if nothing has changed between the FM3 and the editor. It takes a while a few minutes for the editor to finish. Again, I don't recall seeing this in the previous editor version. Anyone else?

well my FM3 was shutting off as i went through presets every once in a while finally just went black quit working
after 2 attempts to upgrade the the software.
I just sent it back in on my dime because i live on the west coast.
We'll see what happens

More info on this... this appears to happen if you leave the FM3 Edit software running and turn the FM3 OFF and ON. I have an old MacBook Pro I leave on and was leaving the editor running in the background. If I close the editor out and reopen only when needed you don't notice this behavior. FYI.
