FM3 analog and USB reamping questions

Hi,

I tried to find the answers to no success so if anyone has any idea...

For analog reamping, can my Line level clean DI signal go from my soundcard to a line level input 2 of the FM3 or do I absolutely need a reamp box
to send it back at the right level in the FM3 instrument input?

Regarding USB reamping, can I install on the same computer both the fm3 USB drivers and my soundcard drivers in order to alternate their use as a soundcard in pro tools without any stability problems?

Soundcard is Behringer UMC204HD.

Thank You!

You can use the Behringer to the FM3 like you said but you'll have to adjust the output level of the Behringer to be accurate.

Best way to reamp is to just use the FM3 as the audio device, taking the Behringer out of the picture. Check out the FM3 manual to set up the FM3 for reamping. As for your DAW, you'll have to set the FM3 as the main audio device and activate the right Inputs/outputs for reamping. That all depends on what DAW you're using. Of you're unsure how to set it up check out some YouTube videos. Doesn't necessarily have to be the FM3. Axe3 and older models are the same for reamping.
