FM3 4cm using output 2

Can someone send me the FM3 preset that uses output 2 for 4cm? I'm struggling to get it to work.

Yes, out 2 pot on FM3 set to max.
I'm wondering if I have something cabled wrong but I've followed the directions as listed in this thread so I'm scratching my head.

Coming from the delay it should go to output 1, not output 2 ! you are creating a feedback loop there

It sounds like he's trying to set up 4CM using output 2 L & R as I described here:

The 4 cables are In 1, In 2L, Out 2L and Out 2R.

Check your Input 2 mode in the I/O audio menu.

There's no feedback loop there (with Out 2 mode set to stereo as required for this). The two rows are balanced left/right at the output 2 block.
